Terms of service
The agreement between you and Pagneto when you make a page, sell, or buy from a creator. We've kept it in plain words.
1. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, and at least 16.
- One person or business per account. Don't make accounts to get around a suspension.
2. Your page and content
- You own what you put on Pagneto. You give us permission to store it, show it and send it, only so we can run the service for you.
- You're responsible for what you publish and sell, and you must have the rights to it, including any designs printed on merch.
- Page addresses (pagneto.com/yourname) aren't owned. We can reclaim one that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or sits unused.
3. What's not allowed
- Adult or sexual content of any kind.
- Anything illegal, including selling goods or services that are illegal where you or your buyers are.
- Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or misleading offers.
- Pretending to be another person, brand or organisation.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Copying other people's work, logos or designs without permission.
- Malware, or links built to hide where they really go.
- Emailing people who didn't sign up to hear from you.
Anyone can report a page. We review reports, and we can remove content, take a page down or suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually with an email telling you why.
4. Selling
- When you sell on Pagneto, you are the seller. Buyers pay you through your own payout account, which you set up with our payment partner Stripe and which is covered by Stripe's own terms.
- Pagneto takes a fee on each paid sale: 5% on Free, 2% on Pro and 0% on Ultra. Card processing fees are separate and charged by Stripe.
- You're responsible for delivering what you sell, answering your buyers, any refunds on digital products, and your own taxes.
- If a buyer disputes a payment, it's handled on your payout account.
5. Merch
- Merch is printed on demand and shipped by our print partner, on your behalf. You don't hold stock or ship anything.
- On each merch sale, Pagneto's fee also covers what it costs to make and ship that item. Your earnings are the price minus that cost and the plan fee, as shown when you set the price.
- Buyers get the protections on our shipping and returns page. We handle those claims, and replacements or refunds for faults, misprints and lost parcels don't come out of your earnings.
- You must own or have permission to use every design you upload. We may refuse or remove designs that break section 3.
6. Buying from a creator
- Your purchase is from the creator whose page you bought on. Pagneto runs the page and checkout for them.
- Digital products and services are delivered by the creator. For merch, see shipping and returns.
- If you joined a creator's email list, every email has a link to unsubscribe.
7. Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Ultra are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew until you cancel.
- A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid plan at the end unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel any time in Plan. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. We don't refund part-used periods, unless the law where you live requires it.
- We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change affects your plan.
8. Agencies and partners
An agency or partner can run accounts for its clients under its own brand. The agency is responsible for its clients following these terms. A client can ask to leave an agency and keep their account and page.
9. Our service
- We work to keep Pagneto running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of files you sell.
- We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you first.
- To the extent the law allows, Pagneto isn't liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Leaving
You can delete your account in Settings, or by emailing us. We remove your page and content, except records we must keep by law, such as sales records. We can close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Using Pagneto after that means you accept the new terms.
