Pagneto

Privacy policy

What we collect, why we need it, and how to see or delete it. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.

Creators (people with a Pagneto account)

Visitors to a creator's page

We count views and link clicks so creators can see their stats. For each one we keep the country, the device type and the site you came from. We don't store your IP address, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps creators signed in.

Subscribers and buyers

Who we share data with

Only the companies we need to run the service, and only what they need:

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@pagneto.com from the address on your account. If you're in the EU, UK or a similar region, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Why we use your data

To provide the service you signed up for, to keep it safe (for example reviewing reports and stopping abuse), and to meet legal duties such as keeping sales records. Creators' newsletters are sent only to people who signed up.

Children

Pagneto isn't for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
